Afterschool Arcade

Terms of Service

Effective October 23, 2026

These terms set the conditions for using Afterschool Arcade (the “app”). By using the app you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. The service

The app is a free collection of mini games with online features such as leaderboards, friends, crews and a prize claw. It is supported by rewarded ads that players choose to watch.

2. Accounts

3. Coins, tickets and prizes

4. Rules

We may delete records, remove you from leaderboards or limit online features if you:

You can report inappropriate names or suspicious records from the leaderboard.

5. Ads

The only ads in the app are rewarded ads you choose to watch. Ads are provided by third parties such as Google AdMob, and we are not responsible for their content or for outside services they link to. Ad rewards are limited per day.

6. Rights

We own the rights to the app’s games, artwork and software. The authors and licenses of the music, sound effects and fonts are listed in the app under Settings → Open-source licenses. Nicknames and crew names you choose are used only to show them inside the service.

7. Changes and ending the service

We may add or change games and features. Leaderboards and leagues may include players operated by us. If we have to end the service, we will announce it in the app and on this website 30 days in advance. Because game items are obtained for free, they are not compensated when the service ends.

8. Limitation of liability

The app is provided free of charge and “as is”. We try to keep it running reliably, but to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by natural disasters, network outages, device problems or your own actions, or for the loss of free game items or records. This does not limit liability for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

9. Changes to these terms

We will announce changes on this page and in the app 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that are unfavorable to players). If you don’t agree, you can stop using the app and ask us to delete your data.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We will first try to resolve any dispute by email; if a lawsuit is needed, it will be heard by the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act, without affecting any mandatory rights you have where you live.
